WEDDING  BOOKINGS

A 30% Deposit is required to secure all wedding bookings. The Remaining amount is payable via direct bank transfer 30 days prior to your wedding day.

 

Dates cannot be held without a deposit. 

​

Deposits are non refundable if cancellation occurs. 

​

The Number of persons booked in a session may decrease within a reasonable range or surcharges may apply.

​

Trials for Hair and Makeup are a separate charge to the wedding booking, they are an optional extra and are paid for at the studio on the day. The 30% deposit does not cover trial bookings. 

​

Kate is available for weekday and weekend weddings.

TRAVEL CHARGES

Your Travel charges will be quoted for prior to paying deposit.

​

If a location changes your travel charge will be amended and re-quoted for the new location. 

 

Please NOTE:  That Travel to your location, will be charged at $1 per kilometer 

​

Kate is more than happy to travel to location weddings, however travel outside a 2 hour one way commute will require accommodation to be supplied.

PARKING

Tolls and Parking charges will be added to a booking where applicable. 

​

It is the clients responsibility to ensure a parking space is available for pick up and drop off of Gear. 

​

Failure to do so may result in your booking running behind due to difficult loading at location.
